We also believe that decisions made prior to the design stage have as big an impact on the environment as those made during the design stage These include such issues as selection of site, program for the building, potential for renewal and reuse of existing building fabric etc. We try to be involved in these decisions in a co-operative manner to facilitate a positive outcome.

Time and Cost Management

CROSBY architects are skilled at monitoring and controlling project time and cost to ensure timely project delivery within budget. With the Client Representative we confirm the time frame, which will then be regularly reviewed throughout all Phases of the project to ensure critical deadlines are met. Working with the Quantity Surveyor we manage and control the budget, finding and testing efficient and cost effective solutions.

Leading the Consultant Team

CROSBY architects has demonstrated experience at the successful management of large consultant teams. Well established working relationships with structural and environmental engineers, cost control consultants, and specialist consultants' leads to a rapid and correct assessment of the issues and efficient, high quality outcomes. We pride ourselves on working closely with consultants to provide economical structures and build-able solutions for complex and sophisticated projects.
